Green Drink – 2019

It is the time of year when many of us decide we are going to get a little healthier, eat a little better, and exercise a little more. One of the habits that has made such a difference in my home is the green drink. So again, here is the annual green drink recipe.

Morning Green Drink for 4

Base Ingredients:

2 cups water

1 avocado

1 lemon

1 cucumber

1/2 cup spinach

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1-2 apples

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
