Fresh Fruit Popsicles

More popsicles?  Yes indeed!  These are incredible, so incredible in fact that I just had to share them with you.  Only 3 ingredients and voilà… a healthy and delicious treat.   Be creative!  Add some basil to the strawberries, some vanilla to the blueberries… you get the idea!

Makes 3 popsicles

Ingredients:

1 cup fruit or berries (favorites are mango, strawberry, and blueberry)

1/4 cup coconut milk (I use Thai Kitchen Brand)

2-4 teaspoons of maple syrup depending on how sweet the fruit is

 

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.  Freeze in ice pop molds for at least 4 hours before enjoying.
