Tabouli is a wonderful, “out-of-this-world” salad. I especially like it on hot summer days. There is something about it that just tastes so refreshing. It also delivers quite a nutritional punch. I sometimes serve it with pita bread, sometimes as a side dish, but most frequently just by itself. Enjoy!
