Easy Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Description

Bursting with bright fruity flavors, this cranberry sauce is delicious chilled, warmed up or served at room temperature.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz. of fresh cranberries

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 
1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a colander rinse cranberries with cold water.  Place in a saucepan.
  2. Add maple syrup, orange juice, lemon juice and salt. 
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, let simmer until the cranberry sauce reaches the desired consistency (about 7-12 min.)
