Bursting with bright fruity flavors, this cranberry sauce is delicious chilled, warmed up or served at room temperature.
Ingredients

- 12 oz. of fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a colander rinse cranberries with cold water. Place in a saucepan.
- Add maple syrup, orange juice, lemon juice and salt.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, let simmer until the cranberry sauce reaches the desired consistency (about 7-12 min.)
