Ingredients

Scale
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Pineapple 
  • Honeydew Melon
  • Watermelon
  • Skewers for kabobs

Pear Cream:

  • 1 can of unsweetened canned pears, drained
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut milk (Thai Kitchen)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon natural cane sugar or maple syrup

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruit:  Wash, peel, and cut the fruit into bite-size pieces.

  • Blueberries: whole
  • Strawberries: halved
  • Pineapple:  Small Squares
  • Honeydew Melon:  Rounds (melon baller tool)
  • Watermelon:  Large square 

Step 2: Thread the Fruit on Skewers

  • Decide the order of the fruit; uniformity gives an elegant look
  • Make sure to leave room for holding the skewer.

Make the Pear Cream:

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Chill in the fridge.
