Description
This Quick and Easy Whole Wheat Bread only needs to rise once, which cuts down the time significantly and makes it one of my absolute favorite bread recipes.

Dry:
- 2 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1 cup sprouted spelt flour (or you can use white whole wheat pastry flour)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1/4 cup gluten flour
Wet:
- 2 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 3/4 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients, flour, salt and yeast. Stir to combine
- In a separate bowl stir together the molasses, coconut oil and warm water
- Next, mix together the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
- Transfer to a clean countertop and knead for 10 minutes (Do not skip this step, it’s crucial)
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan
- Cover with a towel and let rise for 45-60 minutes, until the dough is about one inch above the loaf pan
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, until the loaf is golden brown
