This creamy chia seed pudding recipe is a wonderful meal-prep item, full of superfood qualities and quick to make up. I love that it’s a great foundation upon which to build and add other flavors to.
Ingredients

Chia Seed Pudding:
- 1 cup plant based milk (coconut, almond, etc)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/8–1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Chia Seed Pudding with Oats:
- 1 cup plant based milk (coconut, almond, etc)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons oats
- 1/8–1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir well.
- Place in fridge 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Top with fresh fruit or granola.
