Description

This creamy chia seed pudding recipe is a wonderful meal-prep item, full of superfood qualities and quick to make up. I love that it’s a great foundation upon which to build and add other flavors to.


Ingredients

Chia Seed Pudding:

  • 1 cup plant based milk (coconut, almond, etc)
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/81/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Chia Seed Pudding with Oats:

  • 1 cup plant based milk (coconut, almond, etc)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • 1/81/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir well.
  2. Place in fridge 2-3 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with fresh fruit or granola.
