Chia Seed Pudding

So this week we are making a wonderful chia pudding that tastes like a dessert, but has some really special health benefits. Chia seed is a super food that helps the brain function better, aids in digestion, and provides great benefits to weight loss! This is a food worth talking about!

Chia Seed Pudding

1 cup plant based milk (coconut, almond, etc)

Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir well. Place in fridge 2-3 hours or overnight. Top with fresh fruit or granola. Enjoy! A great food to take along for a breakfast on the run.
