Vegan Garlic Croutons

Homemade vegan garlic croutons are quick and easy to make, and they are a phenomenal addition to salads and soups. Once you learn how to make these flavorful vegan croutons, you may never purchase store-bought croutons again. The homemade version is so much better, and the best part of all, when you make them yourself, you know what’s in them.


  • 5 cups cubed bread (about 67 slices)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 34 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. In a pot heat oil and sauté garlic and parsley for about a 1-2 minutes.
  2. Stir in salt. Turn off heat and add cubed bread. Stir to coat.
  3. Bake at 375 F for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
  4. Store in airtight container:)
