Ingredients
Scale
- 2–3 large fresh peaches, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon oil (I use coconut oil)
Instructions
- Wash and half the peaches
- Remove the pit
- Brush each half with oil
- Grill for about 4 minutes flat side down, turn and grill for another 2-3 minutes on the other side
Serving suggestion:
Serve with toasted almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup
Toasted Almonds:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Place whole almonds on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes
- Let cool
- Chop to desired size
- Sprinkle over dessert
Notes
In this recipe I used white peaches. The flavor is amazing, but the white peaches are not as good for canning. It will work just as well with yellow peaches.
