- 1 can peaches (15 oz) (remove liquid)
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Next, pour mixture into an ice-cream maker and let run for about 20-30 minutes
- While the ice cream maker is running, grill the peaches
