Description

Pear cream is the perfect sauce for cereal, fruit, desserts, and salads. What makes this pear cream so exceptional is that you can make it in less than 5 minutes with simple healthy ingredients. Not to mention, it has the “wow” factor that will take your dishes to the gourmet level just like that.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can unsweetened canned pears
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 23 tablespoons maple syrup (if you use sweetened canned pears, you may not need the maple syrup)

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy over granola, fruit salad, or anything else that may need a touch of sweetness!
