Easy and Delicious Pear Cream

Skipping breakfast in the morning? Not a good idea! It can increase the risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.  So breakfast is a must. Let’s put some spark back into our breakfast with this creamy and absolutely delicious pear cream.



1 can unsweetened canned pears

1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

pinch of salt

2-3 tablespoons maple syrup  (if you use sweetened canned pears, you may not need the maple syrup)



Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Enjoy over granola, fruit salad, or anything else that may need a touch of sweetness!
