- 1 can unsweetened canned pears
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup (if you use sweetened canned pears, you may not need the maple syrup)
