Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 jalapeño, deseeded
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • juice of 1 lime (about 2 T)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste
  • pinch of cumin

Instructions

In a food processor add all the ingredients.  Pulse until everything is well blended, but not totally smooth.
