Fresh & Restaurant Style Salsa
There is nothing like fresh salsa to liven up a dish. You will be surprised at how easy it is to make your own salsa, and it is so delicious and good for you that you can practically eat it every day. At least that is what we think in our household.
Fresh Salsa
Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped (or sweet onion)
1 jalapeño, deseeded and finely chopped (use only half a jalapeño if you do not like your salsa spicy)
1/4 – 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime (about 2 T)
1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste
Instructions:
Make sure that all the ingredients are chopped finely. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy

I am going to try this right now!!!!! It’s time for a little tiny Sabbath supper and no better way to keep it small and light. Salsa! I’ll have to make the restaurant style salsa since I don’t have fresh tomatoes right now, but personally I like the fresh salsa better. But you make do! Ok, well, thanks Ani for another delicious recipe! Your amazing! 😉
