- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- Ice if needed for consistency

Notes
- You can use 1/2 cup of pineapple juice instead of the crushed pineapple if you prefer. The consistency will be a little thinner, but add ice until you have the preferred consistency. Serve immediately.
