Description

I love this easy, breezy virgin piña colada, made with creamy coconut milk and sweet pineapple, this one step recipe will be a hit in your home. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice if needed for consistency

Instructions

  1. Blend in a blender until smooth!

Notes

  • You can use 1/2 cup of pineapple juice instead of the crushed pineapple if you prefer.  The consistency will be a little thinner, but add ice until you have the preferred consistency.  Serve immediately.
