Raspberry, Mango, & Green Apple Smoothies

In my opinion one of the most wonderful treats in the whole wide world is a fruit smoothie.  Packed full of scrumptious flavor, vibrant color, antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, it is hard to beat!  Make it for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.  In our house, it is one of our favorite things to serve guests, and it is generally received with great enthusiasm.  These are pretty simple recipes, but they are delicious.  Feel free to give it your own special touch.  Send me a picture, would love to hear from you.

Raspberry Smoothie

1 bag (12 oz.) frozen organic raspberries
1 can (13 oz.) unsweetened coconut milk (Thai Kitchen)
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup frozen 100% white or red grape juice concentrate

Blend until smooth. Store in fridge if not used at once.

Mango

1 bag (12 oz.) organic frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
2 teaspoons lime juice

1 banana
1/4 cup frozen 100% white grape juice concentrate

Blend until smooth. Store in fridge if not used at once.

Green Apple

1 large green apple (cored)

1/2 fresh avocado
1/2 cup fresh spinach
juice of one lime

1 –  1  1/2 cup water
Blend until smooth. Drink at once. This smoothie does not store well.
