Cool, delicious, and a breeze to make, this Virgin Piña Colada is an absolute favorite in our house. Kaija, my sister, is joining me for this week’s video. We always have a lot of fun when we cook together.
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Ice if needed for consistency
Blend in a blender until smooth! Enjoy!
Note: You can use 1/2 cup of pineapple juice instead of the crushed pineapple if you prefer. The consistency will be a little thinner, but add ice until you have the preferred consistency. Serve immediately.
