Fruit Kabobs with Pear Dip

It’s almost Valentine’s Day, and you may be looking for something special to make for your Valentine. This year we decided to do something a little healthier, we are making wonderful fruit kebobs with an amazing dipping sauce. These are absolutely stunning and so delicious.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Pear Dip:

1 can unsweetened canned pears, drained

1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut milk (Thai Kitchen)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract

1 tablespoon sugar

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Chill in fridge.

Fruit for Fruit Kabobs:

Blueberries

Strawberries

Pineapple

Honeydew Melon

Watermelon

Skewers for kabobs
